Tariffs and payment option only available to official tour players, caddies and personnel.
Apartment number will be allocated upon arrival, apartment may differ in layout, decor and design to those advertised but will be equivalent in quality & will have the same services. Only registered guests will be granted admission to premises after 22:00.
The service provider is an independent contractor and they retain full liability and the right to supply the contracted services.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COSTS:
Utility services (water, gas, electricity, building administration), cable TV, one keycard, daily cleaning (excl. Sundays), beds as described.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COSTS*:
Internet, telephone calling costs, laundry, additional keycards, any meals (incl. breakfast), gymnasium access, chapel access, on-site cafes, bars and restaurants, floristry services, any other services not mentioned in the paragraph above.*These services can be obtained at an additional cost arranged directly with the relevant local service provider.
Damages / Losses:- The apartment will be revised by reception at the end of your stay, any losses (incl. towels, bedlinen, kitchen utensils) or damages must be paid for immediately at Check Out at the rates given by reception.
Down payment is not refundable for cancellations or changes.
Final balance due will depend on option selected full details will be sent after down payment is received.
Final balance must be paid prior to arrival to the indicated US bank account, no cash payments accepted upon arrival.
No refunds will be given for early vacation of lodging.
