Description
This apartment is brand new and is located in the heart of the north of Bogota only 5 mins walk from Unicentro. It is furnished in a modern style with wood floors throughout and has 2 private balconies with views across to the Andes. The apartment is ideal for a small groups or families visiting as tourists, for business or medical procedures.
The apartment occupies the 3rd floor and has lovely views towards the Andes which you can enjoy from either balcony which are large enough for a couple of chairs. The main living area has wooden floors, patio boors to the 1st balcony, a leather style sofa and a 4 seater wooden dining table. There is a breakfast bar which separates the fully equipped kitchen which has a fridge, stove and microwave. The best part of the double bedroom is the patio doors which occupy one whole corner giving the room a light and airy feel and access to the 2nd balcony. There is a large built-in wardrobe and a 32" flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom is spacious, clean and has a large glass shower cubicle. There is a second bedroom with a single bed, TV and built-in wardrobe and a second bathroom with shower.
