Description

This studio apartment is located just one block away from all the attractions of the Parque 93 and a short walk from the Zona T. The suite is ideal for an individual or couple wanting to stay in self catering accommodation in the centre of north Bogota at less than half the price of local hotel rooms.

This fully furnished apartment has been recently refurbished with wood floors throughout and has internet. The apartment is compact and includes a fully equipped kitchen with stove and fridge that has a handy breakfast bar for 2 where meals can be taken. The living area features a comfortable 2 seater sofa and coffee table, where you can relax in front of the chimney. A partition wall separates the bedroom which has a double bed and features a large closet and cable TV. The bathroom is very spacious and has a hot water shower.

Local Attractions

The apartment is located off Av C 11 and Calle 94 in an estrato 6 safe residential area.

The location is ideal for anyone interested in enjoying the restaurants, bars, coffee shops and discos that are located around the Parque 93, as these are found less than 5 mins walk away.

Walking a few blocks south is the famous Zona T pedestrian area of Bogota, home to the best nightclubs, bars, casinos and restaurants in Bogota (Hard Rock Cafe), a must see for any visiting tourist. In the same area are located the upmarket shopping malls of Retiro and Andino (Swarovski, Diesel).

Many of the international embassies are located in this zone including the Spanish consulate and the Ministry of International Relations where Colombian visas are issued to oreign nationals.

Walking towards the mountains you will find the beautiful Chico park and museum, a lovely area to enjoy picnics in Bogota's sunny weather.

You can find local buses or taxis on Av C 11 which will take you to the historic centre which includes La Candelaria in less than 20 mins.
