Description

This 1 bedroom duplex is ideal for tourists or executives wanting to stay in a central location. The location is ideal if you are working in one of the multi-national banks on or near the Calle 100, or if you want to be within walking distance of the main tourist zone of the Parque 93.

The building was constructed in the last few years and features a free gymnasium, suna and children's play park. The apartment which is located over 2 floors, is also brand new with solid wood floors throughout, new furniture and a high quality finish. The downstairs features a comfortable living and dining area with cable TV and 4 seater dining table. The fitted kitchen is completely separate and has gas cooking facilities, a large fridge / freezer and a dedicated laundry space. A small communal toilet completes the downstairs. Heading up the wood stairs you will find the master bedroom with double bed, flatscreen 32" LCD TV, walk through closet and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Local Attractions

The apartment is located off Calle 103 and Av C 11 in an estrato 5 safe residential area.

The good thing about the location is that you are near both the attractions to the north which include Santa Barbara Hacienda and Unicentro shopping malls, and the attractions to the south which include Calle 100, Zona Rosa, Zona T and Parque 93.

In the immediate vicinity you will find shops and restaurants on both Av C 15 and Av C 9. Within walking distance are both Colsubsidio and Carrefour supermarkets and Hard Body gymnasium.

If you are working the businesses and main visa office (DAS) are located a short distance away on Calle 100 as is the Mexican embassy on the Teleport Business Centre.

If you are here for surgery you are within easy reach of the clinics in Santa Barbara including Fundacion Santa Fe.

The main going out area of Zona T and Parque 93 are less than 5 mins away by taxi.

Usaquén pueblo with its Spanish colonial square, beautiful restaurant district and Sunday artesenal flea market is a short taxi ride away or a 15 min walk.

You can find local buses or taxis on Av C 15 or Av C 9 which will take you to the historic centre which includes La Candelaria in less than 20 mins.
