Description

A lovely modern apartment in the heart of Santa Barbara suitable for tourist couples or business executives wanting more space and privacy than local hotels for a fraction of the price. Located just a short walk from the TransMilenio allowing quick and easy access to all areas of Bogota. Within walking distance of grocery stores, pubs, restaurants and bars.

Built recently this condo is furnished in a clean and stylish manner with wood floors throughout and has nice large windows letting in lots of light. The main living area is really comfortable to relax in either on the sofa or 2 seater dining table. A black granite breakfast bar separates the fully equipped kitchen which features gas cooking and hot water facilities. There is a double bed, cable TV and internet access in the bedroom which also has built-in closets. The bathroom is stunning and has a hot water shower. The building has shared laundry facilites and 24 hour security.

Walking distance away on Calle 122 you will discover an array of internationally renowned branded shops, finishing with Unicentro shopping mall with its cinema, shops and restaurants at its eastern end.

Usaquén pueblo with its Spanish colonial square, beautiful restaurant district and Sunday artesenal flea market is a short taxi ride away, as is Santa Barbara Hacienda.
