Description

This modern fully furnished one bedroom apartment has everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one. It is located in the upmarket and safe Santa Barbara area of Bogotá within easy reach of the bars and restaurants on Av C 19, the brand name shops on Calle 122 which leads to the popular Unicentro shopping mall, and a block away from Bogota's transit system, the TransMilenio.

An elevator takes you to the apartment on the 3rd floor which enjoys plenty of light in both the main living area and double bedroom. The living area consists of a lovely seating area around the chimney and small balcony, and a 4 seater dining table. At one end there is a small alcove which acts as an office space featuring a desk, office chair, internet and telephone connections. The double bedroom with cable TV, benefits from plenty of room since the closets are built in. The bathroom has a shower, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is hot water throughout the apartment.

Walking distance away on Calle 122 you will discover an array of internationally renowned branded shops, finishing with Unicentro shopping mall with its cinema, shops and restaurants at its eastern end.

Usaquén pueblo with its Spanish colonial square, beautiful restaurant district and Sunday artesenal flea market is a short taxi ride away, as is Santa Barbara Hacienda.

The apartment is located within a short walking distance of the Autopista Norte and Transmilenio (Bogotá’s rapid transit bus service) stop "Calle 127" or "Pepe Sierra". From there you can easily access the historic centre which includes La Candelaria, Montserate, the Gold Museum, Plaza Bolivar and the Botero Museum.
