- The Advance Payment represents a small percentage of your total accommodation costs
- The Advance Payment must be paid prior to arrival to confirm your reservation
- The Advance Payment is paid online with a debit / credit card via secure payment partner (PayPal)
- Please note the Advance Payment is non-refundable for cancellations
Accommodation Costs
- The balance of your Accommodation Costs = (Total Reservation Cost - Advance Payment)
- Accommodation Costs must be paid in full at Check In
- Accommodation Costs are paid directly to the owner, in cash, in local currency (Colombian Pesos)
Security Deposit
- A small Security Deposit must be paid at Check-In
- The Security Deposit is paid directly to the owner, in cash, in local currency (Colombian Pesos)
- You will be issued with a payment receipt for your Security Deposit
- The Security Deposit will be refunded at Check Out minus any deductions for damage
- In cases were damage costs exceed the Security Deposit held, additional payments must be made immediately by the guest to the owner, in cash, in local currency (Colombian Pesos)
